ERIC B. STANG
President and CEO
Eric Stang possesses a wealth of leadership experience from company founder to corporate CEO, with a career including positions in consumer products, semiconductors, scientific computer and medical technology, strategic planning, and general management. Prior to joining Reliant, he was Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Lexar, now a subsidiary of Micron. Lexar is a leading provider of NAND flash memory products, including memory cards, USB flash drives, card readers and ATA controller technology for the digital photography, consumer electronics, industrial and communications markets. During his seven years at Lexar, Eric played a leadership role in taking the company public, effectively enacted a turnaround strategy, led its growth and entry into new markets, oversaw the development of a consumer brand, and established Lexar products in over 70,000 storefronts worldwide with 2005 revenues in excess of $850 million. Under Eric’s leadership, Lexar became one of the 50 largest public technology companies in Silicon Valley before its acquisition by Micron.
Prior to Lexar, Eric was with ADAC Laboratories, where he led the company's worldwide radiation therapy planning business, which at the time was the company’s fastest growing and most profitable division. In this role, Eric worked closely with luminary oncologists and medical physicists at several universities around the world in support of ADAC's technology leadership in radiation treatment planning. Eric also served as Vice President and General Manager of ADAC Laboratories.
Previously, he was Director of Operations at Raychem Corporation. Eric co-founded Monitor Company Europe Limited, an international strategic consulting firm in Europe. He has also worked for McKinsey & Company and as a software engineer at Ford Aerospace (now Loral). He holds a B.A. in economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business at Harvard University. Additionally, Eric sits on the board of Miradia, a private company that designs and manufactures a micro-mirror array that drives high-performance, high- definition displays.

LEN DEBENEDICIS
Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer
Len has more than 30 years of experience in lasers, laser scanners, medical systems and senior management within the laser industry, and he has been the driving force behind the breakthrough technology in the Fraxel® family of lasers. Beginning in 2001, he has provided leadership to the company as President, Chief Technology Officer and CEO. In his present role, Len directs the development of Reliant's new technology, products and applications.
Before joining Reliant, Len spent 11 years with Coherent Inc. in a variety of positions, ultimately becoming General Manager of the Medical Group. At Coherent, Len turned a poorly performing division into a profitable one with annual sales exceeding $100 million. During that period, Coherent Medical introduced the UltraPulse CO2 laser, the most rapidly adopted aesthetic laser product until the release of the Fraxel laser. Many of Coherent's leading engineers and executives have joined Len at Reliant Technologies, a testament to their belief in his vision and leadership abilities.
Prior to Coherent, Len was the Engineering Manager for the Construction Systems Division of Spectra Physics, Inc.; Director of Operations and Engineering at ARCO Ventures; and Manager of Laser Scanning Technology for Xerox. While leading the Laser Scanning Technology Center for Xerox, Len developed the insights that have fueled the patented technology underlying the Fraxel laser.

ANDREW GALLIGAN
Chief Financial Officer
Andrew has more than 20 years of life-science experience in both private and public companies. Most recently, he was CFO at Metrika, Inc., a medical device company based in Sunnyvale, Calif., that was acquired by Bayer HealthCare. Andrew has extensive experience in leading the finance activities of public companies, including directing initial public offerings. He has served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for the following companies: Corcept Therapeutics; Amira Medical; Molecular Devices Corporation; IPS Health Care, Inc.; and Lumisys, Inc. He also has served as the Vice President of Finance for Diasonics, Inc. As a Chartered Accountant, Andrew is a native of Dublin, Ireland, and a graduate of Trinity College at Dublin University.

JEFFREY S. JONES
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff has a broad understanding of manufacturing, engineering, operations, test and process engineering, quality assurance, information technology, and domestic and international sales. Previously, he was COO for Lumend, Inc., which designs, develops, and manufactures cardiovascular medical devices. Jeff also spent eight years with Coherent, starting as Senior Quality Assurance Manager before growing to Senior Manufacturing Engineer, French Country Director and, finally, Fiber Products Group Director. Throughout his tenure with Coherent, his precision in research-and-development engineering, international approvals, sales and marketing helped stimulate the company's growth in excess of 38 percent yearly. Jeff also served as Vice President of Operations at Boston Scientific, a worldwide developer, manufacturer and marketer of medical devices. He received a B.S. in engineering from the United States Military Academy and an M.B.A in management from Golden Gate University.

KEITH J. SULLIVAN
Vice President of Sales and Channel Marketing
Keith has a proven track record spanning more than 20 years in medical sales. Before joining Reliant, Keith served as Director of U.S. Sales for Medtronic Emergency Response Systems in Seattle, Wash., where he restructured the sales team and created a strategic approach to market segmentation that resulted in a $40 million, 44 percent growth rate in fiscal 2005. Previously, Keith was Regional Sales Manager for Coherent Medical in Palo Alto, Calif. Currently, Keith is a managing partner of Vision Quest Laser Center in Vienna, Va. He received a B.A. in business administration from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Va.
